Weʼve raised £0 to write off my crippling student overdraft which Halifax have prematurely started charging interest for.

    Story

Ever since leaving university I have had little luck finding a job in my sector.
It's the same old tired story of 'you need more experience, but we can't give you the experience'.
I worked for a 3 month stint from September to December and all seemed to be going well.

But now I am left unemployed and stranded with my overdraft which Halifax have now decided I need to pay now as they'll start charging interest. Despite the agreement being that they wouldn't charge anything until September, they've now decided that I don't have enough proof that I'm eligible for a Graduate overdraft even though I only graduated in September.

I just need to survive until September, when I start my masters.

I need to pay off my overdraft and any extra money would go straight to my Mother who has been amazingly supportive in trying to keep me afloat - despite the fact she also had unemployment forced upon her in December.

I currently have possible job leads lined up for a major retailer and a major fast food network so I just need this boost to take the increasing pressure off of me.

I'm aware that this venture seems unimportant compared to other funding applications on this site, but living with depression, a mountain of pressure and constant rejection is a no life for me to live.
Thank you for anything you can do to help.
