Story

Debbie Aspinall had a life changing accident whilst on a family holiday. Debbie slipt on a wet surface by the swimming pool in Portugal and damaged a vetebrae in her kneck. She underwent surgery in Portugal and spent a month in hospital before being airlifted back to the UK. She is now in Southport hospital undergoing rehabilitation in the hope one day she can walk again. There is still a long road ahead, and will still have to stay in hospital for most of this year. We are raising funds firstly to help towards an electric wheel chair so Debbie can come out of hospital for days out, which will help with her mental wellbeing after being in hospital already for 6 months.
We are also raising funds to help adapt her home to be wheel chair accessible and to turn their conservatory into an extension which will become a bedroom/bathroom that will accommodate Debbie's needs. We will be doing a number of events and walks to raise much needed funds so if you can spare anything the family will be very grateful. 🙏
