We at Streets of Hope are raising money to send 3 street boys to St Anthony's Vocational College, Musoma, to learn the skills of Welding and Metal Fabrication.

The 1 year course will provide the boys with all of the training needed for them to master the skills of Welding & Fabrication. They will recieve accomodation, food, healthcare & all the necessary equipment whilst undertaking the course.

The course will cost the equivalent of £450 per student so we are looking to raise £1,350 to fully fund the course for 3 boys.

Once trained these boys will be equipped with a profitable lifetime skill that they can use to lift themselves and their families out of poverty!

About Streets of Hope:

We are a registered Non-Government Organisation (NGO) based in the small town of Musoma, Northern Tanzania.

We exist to provide love, support and practical care for vulnerable children who find themselves fighting for survival on the streets of Musoma.

We run the 'Hope House' day centre in Musoma to provide children with food, clothing, healthcare and a much needed rest from the everyday struggles of life on the street. A place where the children can relax, play and simply enjoy being children.

Our 'Hope House' gives support to children whilst they are living on the street, but it is our ultimate goal to get them off of the street altogether. Working alongside families, we address the issues that led to the child leaving home so that we can provide the appropriate support and assist with their return home.

It is our passion to see destitute children lifted from a life of poverty, abuse and abandonment and given a Hope and a Future that they deserve.
