We care worldwide : Those of you who know us or are regular FB browsers will know that we were lucky enough to spend 3 weeks this summer travelling around Sri Lanka. We fell in love with the country, the people and the animals we met, 2 of these were Princess Rani and Yoda (named by Phoebe), 2 of the many street dogs in sri lanka. We tried to feed as many as we could,managed to get some antibiotics for Princess's infected ear with the help of Channa Kumara, Sunitha and Prem. On returning home we decided we wanted to try and raise some money for one of the street dog charities. We have chosen wecareworldwide.org.uk it is run by a team of British volunteers . We are putting together a doggy calendar to try and raise£1000. It will be A4 spiral bound kindly being printed by Catherine Johnson at Pink Print. To have your dog feature in the calendar and 1 copy is £15. Please send me your favourite pooch pics by messenger and any preferred month and make payment via the just giving link. Please feel free to donate even if you do not have a dog. Every £10 will ensure they are neutered and treated for any disease.
