I'm raising £1,500 for this community project

We are at a critical point in the process, we need Natural England to Object to the development. We have been talking to an environmental, planning & public law solicitor who is confident that with this letter, we can help the process by forcing the application back to the TDC planning committee.

The solicitor has recently worked on the Middlewick Ranges application for the local residents in Colchester, that development was stopped!!

Some of this money is to pay for this letter to be produced, and sent urgently to TDC. The solicitor feels that this will only strengthen our position while Natural England are gathering information on how the site is used by Curlews.

We would also like to instruct an ecologist to help us save this amazing green space and it’s wildlife.

Therefore we as local residents need to support this cause and do everything possible to try and stop this development from being allowed to be built on Robinson Road, a tranquil ancient lane well loved by the whole community.

This last week we have seen the developers cutting back bushes and shrub onsite, NOW is the last chance to act.
