Story

Steve started playing guitar in his early teens. From the day he got his first guitar he never really put it down. He loved all music, but his real passion was gypsy jazz. Not having had the luxury of formal training, Steve taught himself, with the help of some great musical friends. Life was tough as an aspiring musician; working full time and practising could be up to 18 hours a day.

Steve was unassuming, kind, and caring. He always had time to help those who requested it. His talent and hard work paid off, and he was admired for his compositions and guitar skills.

We are setting up this foundation in his name to remember him in a way he would approve of. Helping young musicians financially when they most need it. Everyone needs a break in life, and if we manage to help a few young musicians to reach their potential we will achieve our goal. Steve would have been so proud to help them this way.
