What a year 2020 has been!! We are very sad to not being able to run the Christmas fayre this year, it‘s always such a great evening for raising money and not only that it‘t lots of fun for the children!

We have been thinking of ways we could raise money for the school as well as being Covid safe and lots of Fun!

This winter season, the children are going to be putting their best foot forward and walking the 1,423 miles from Stapleford to Lapland.

They are going to be totalling up all of their ‘Daily Mile’ miles, and are aiming to reach the grand total before the end of term. This is hopefully going to be a fun build up to Christmas for them, with a token given at the end of each mile they complete. They will then put their token into a special Christmas candy cane to be counted at the end of term.

Then, during the last week of term, Father Christmas will make a special socially distanced appearance to congratulate them.
