Story
St Clare's is a vibrant Catholic parish (part of the RC Diocese of Lancaster) and dedicated to St Clare of Assisi. The church has recently undergone a large building project; now we're looking to get a statue of our patron saint. Rita, a parishioner, is walking the Camino de Santiago and being sponsored to help us fundraise. On earth, Clare was a woman of great character and deep faith; in heaven she prays for us all. We've already raised a fair amount towards the statue - now we are aiming for £1000 to cross the finish line.
