People in my Country of Origin have struggled with a 20+ YEAR CIVIL WAR. The beautiful tiny island has suffered and I am trying to raise some cash to help them to build houses and shelters to live in, survive and eventually thrive off of. They are at the moment making clay and straw and stick houses as you can see in the pictures and videos on this page :). With one worker they can build one house in one day - with no money at all. However with small amounts here and there each of these clay huts can be slightly modernised, whether its with electricity, or better roofs etc, these can be accomplished to better the daily lives of our people.
