Redcar Speedway management in conjunction with Stuart Robson and the farewell to Robbo meeting will be raising money for the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund.

We will be holding The 24 hour Bears Bikeathon around the perimeter of the Ecco arena starting at 12 noon on Saturday 18th March and ending at 12 noon on the day of Robbos farewell the 19th March.

Riders will be able to join in and do 2 hour blocks where they will hopefully be joined by present and ex riders / Bears management along the way.

Myself Gavin Parr ( Redcar team manager ) and Jamie Swales ( Redcar Promoter ) will attempt to do the full 24 hours, however as long as a each block of 2 hours is completed then the challenge will be deemed a success.

Lets get behind this wonderful charity that helps many Speedway riders with donations during and after their careers have ended.
