Story
Spratton FC are a football club in the village of Spratton near Northampton. The Football Club has been part of the community since 1890 (127 years old - which is older than some Premier League Football Clubs) They play in the Premier League of the Northamptonshire Combination League (which means that they are only 1 league away from playing in the FA Cup).
Over the last 12 months there has had to be a lot of work on the clubhouse/ changing rooms and this has meant we are struggling financially and we really don’t want to have to fold the club.
Any funding will help in the following ways:
- Better equipment to help move the club forward
- Pay back people who have 'put their own hand' in their pocket to ensure the club stays alive
- Ensure there is a safe environment for the youth of the village - as they are able to use the facilities
