Iʼve raised £30 to provide a good neighbour scheme in the rural area centered on the small market town of Spilsby in Lincolnshire.

    Story

A group of local people have got together to provide a free good neighbour service to people living in the rural area centered on Spilsby. The majority of people using the service will be elderly, disabled or unwell. Living in a rural area means your neighbour's may be far away and official services are thin on the ground. Having someone to call on when unable to pick up a prescription or a loaf of bread change a light bulb or read a letter you have been sent is invaluable. Any funding received will support and train a team of volunteers to deliver this service to their community.
