Mike is going to run leeds 10k for 2 charities on sept 5th
cat protectin who do amazing work looking after cats! The orher chairty DkMS who try and help with blood cancer and will send out tester kits so you can see if you can donate marrow to save a life.
if you follow sox twitter you will have seen me mention them on numerous ocassions and have done my owh testing.
any little helps time to shift lockdown weight and get training
