Hi Everyone,

Thanks to our amazing friends and all at Hamworthy Utd, we will be hosting a fundraiser game with Dan's All Stars vets team taking on Manchester United vets at Hamworthy United on Sunday 15th June 1pm KO.

With Utd stars from years gone by including Wes Brown, David May, Keith Gillespie, local legend Russell Beardsmore to name just a few.

There will be an amazing auction as well as music from DJ Mike Artwell!

It would be amazing to see everyone there and create amazing memories!

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

I am reaching out to you with a heavy yet hopeful heart as my husband, Dan, bravely battles motor neurone disease (MND). This devastating illness has changed our lives in ways we could never have imagined, but through it all, we remain united in love and determination.

Dan is not just my husband; he is my best friend, my confidant, and the most incredible father to our children. He has always been a source of strength and inspiration, facing every challenge with a smile and an unwavering spirit. Since his diagnosis, we have encountered many obstacles, but we are determined to fight this disease together, hand in hand.

As we navigate this journey, we are seeking your support to help fund essential and cutting edge treatments that can improve his quality of life and potentially slow the progression of MND. These treatments can be costly and are often not covered by the NHS, making it a constant struggle to balance our hopes with financial realities. Your generous contributions will enable us to access cutting-edge therapies and support that can make a significant difference.

Additionally, we will in the next 2 months move into a new bungalow that is more suited to Dan's needs as his condition progresses. However, adapting our home to ensure it is safe and accessible for him comes with its own set of challenges and expenses. From installing grab rails to modifying the bathroom and creating a comfortable living space, these adaptations are crucial for his independence and well-being.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help us create a brighter future filled with hope and possibility. We are incredibly grateful for the love and support we have received so far, and it has reminded us of the kindness that exists in this world. Together, we can make a difference in Dan's life and give him the chance to continue making beautiful memories with our family.
