Hello :)

In July I will be taking part in a 75 mile bike ride to raise funds for a new charity called Pholk. This charity enables young adults with and without disabilities to come together on equal terms by going out into the community to establish new friendships, confidence, self esteem and social skills.

The money raised from doing this bike ride will enable the charity club to have respite weekends, days out and help towards raising funds for a minibus.

I'm training very hard to complete this bike ride as its my biggest challenge so far, but this is only the beginning. I would really appreciate as much sponsorship as possible as it is a very worthwhile cause.
