Recently our local clubhouse at Chelmsley Town Football Club was broken into. The people that did this Stole Valuable items such as Tv’s, Laptops, raided the tills and completely smashed up the Jukebox. This club is a non-profit organisation and has been serving the local community for a number of Years to allow us adults and our children an opportunity and a venue at which they can play the beautiful game. This is a little close to home because In particular this club, its owners, and locals have helped support our Ladies Team ( Solihull Ladies United FC) get off the ground at a time that we were in desperate need of support and funding, and came so very close to folding. It is our turn now to do our bit to give back to this club and to rally around in support. In order to do so, we are setting up a funding page, where we welcome any donations (no matter how small!) in an effort to help contribute towards paying for some of the damage and to replace some of the stolen items. So please take a moment to give anything that you can comfortably donate and feel free to share with friends.
