I've raised £500 to continue remove snare sweeps (animal traps) in Mosi-oa-Tunya Park Livingstone, Zambia.

African Safari Experience has agreed with the Zambian government to take over this project from a voluntary organization that sadly can't continue.
The purpose of this project is to remove snares from our National park, Mosi-oa-Tunya, to save our African wild animals from a cruel and painful death at the hands of these unscrupulous poachers. Because of the worsening economic climate, poaching is ever increasing so the challenge to look after our precious wildlife becomes more difficult by the day.
African Safari Experience has taken on the job for the last month were we found 58 snares already!!
Every snare(trap) that we remove from our national park potentially saves the life of one of these beautiful creatures.
Just $6 per snare sweeper of $30 per snare patrol group covers the funds needed to pay for the labor, vehicle fuel and armed ranger escort. The costs are needed to conduct a 3 hour search of our park to remove these horrific animal traps.
The more donations we receive, the more searches we can carry out and the longer we can continue this essential project.
We are grateful for any amount you feel comfortable donating.
Follow us on Facebook to see how many snare we remove and how many animals we can release from these traps.
Thank you for helping us to safe these animals in their own home.
