The Storyteller's Chair in the Station Master's Community Wildlife Garden was originally commissioned from local artist Keith Barrett for a Story Telling Festival in 2015.

It was a much-loved and iconic feature of the garden.

There was such a lot of sadness when it was recently vandalised beyond repair that we feel it is only right that we try to replace it.

We will take a bit of time to come up with the right design but in the meantime we would be very happy if everyone who loves the garden could donate a bit to the fund.

In the event that we raise more money than required to commission and install the new chair, any extra will go towards the general upkeep and maintenance of the garden.
