As you know last year Miss King was offered an opportunity to visit Msalura School in Malawi and it was a trip that changed her life. To meet children so similar to our own WHS children but who have nothing and to see how thankful they are for everything we gave was indescribable.

You were all so generous last year and once again we are seeking to raise money for the school. As part of ILG’s ongoing commitment to change lives, we are seeking to raise £20,000 for additional lavatories, particularly for the SEN pupils (a cause close to Miss King's heart), for desks so that the children do not have to sit on the floor and to continue with the gifted girls programme this enables girls to continue their education to secondary school and prevents them being exposed to abuse on the streets. To date we have hit £4489 with I know other donations still to be collected.

On Wednesday 1st May, Miss King and Mrs Gangji will be doing a sponsored sky dive with the aim of raising an additional £2000 to contribute to ILG's Malawi fund. If you would like to sponsor them, please give what you can to this fundraising page.
