Hi all! This fundraiser has now come to a close as I've hit the length of the page I initially (arbitrarily) chose. All the money from the fundraiser will then be added to the money raised by the videos I made on YouTube documenting my running journey and split between Durrell and Dorothy House. This will be done after I've released the final running video, which should be in the next week or so! Apologies for keeping you all waiting for the video, but I've just been swamped with other projects. It will be out soon though, I promise :)

Much later than planned, here is the video of my first half marathon! Some of you will be aware that I had to move house these past few weeks, hence the delay. The second half marathon video should be up in a week or so! Thank you so much for you support - the costume definitely made the experience a special one! And thank you in particular for those of you who donated recently - we just smashed past £2500 raised, which is so far beyond what I thought was possible. This will make a real difference to the two charities. Thank you.

FIRST HALF MARATHON DONE! Half way to completing this accidental marathon, in a time of 1:53:11! Very chuffed with myself, and currently taking a few days off to recover before getting out there again. Knowing how much money this race was raising was an incredible motivation, and definitely helped improve my time. Turns out that having £1000 for charity dangled on a stick in front of you will make a man do incredible things in a cape! Now, back to training for the second half...
