Story

It's been shown the power of song and singing has on wellbeing. Even dementia patients can somehow remember words from songs from decades ago and visibly have their spirits lifted.

In memory of Fred and June Weston we want to make sure every carehome in the UK has access to a free Silver Sing Song kit to facillitate group singing in their residential care and nursing homes to complement the weekly bingo sessions.

What a lovely sunny day for the celebration of Fred's life at the Seaside in Eastbourne. Sadly, ironically, many dancing friends couldn't be there due to another wave of covid19 hitting the South coast. We sang we danced (a bit) and enjoyed the sunshine out on the terrace at the Hydro Hotel. Lovely to get his immediate family all together in one room and some really good friends who have had his back since our mum, June died.
