I've raised £200 to donate to Sight Support Ryedale, a local charity providing support and activities for visually impaired people living in Ryedale.

We often take our good health -including our sight - for granted, a world of darkness is unimaginable for some people, but unfortunately the reality for many.
Each month ASC Performance runs a 'Gym Challenge' for it's members, to promote good health and to motivate them. After meeting Julie from Sight Support Ryedale and hearing about the great work they do for visually impaired people in Ryedale, we decided to go that bit further and do a sponsored challenge to raise money for the charity.
For October's Gym Challenge we chose "Assault on October!" 1,000,000 metres on the assault bike between all the gym staff and members in 31 days.
Donate more than £5 and you can come and use the gym FOR FREE so you can contribute towards the challenge total! T&Cs apply.
