Sian attended a routine eye test appointment at specsavers and it was discovered she had swelling behind her eyes she was referred to the hospital for further eye tests and then she had an MRI scan. The scan showed a tumour in the pons and sian had to undergo a biopsy

Sadly the results showed that sian had a rare DIPG tumour and is due to start radiotherapy and be part of a biomede study for chemo treatment.

DIPG is a very agressive tumour so Sian has decided to make a bucket list of things she wishes to do to make as many memories as possible

sian is an active gymnast, she also spends hours volunteering coaching the younger gymnats. Sian iis always smiling and always wants to help everyone and shes a very gentle caring young lady
