Story
Shetlanders have been amazingly generous in response to an appeal for donations of food and warm winter clothes for families stranded in refugee camps.
On 21st March one of our lovely volunteers popped into our collection point, the Brevik, to find a truly horrible act of vandalism. Lights have been smashed, glass scattered into boxes and items that people have so kindly donated have been broken. We would LOVE to make a positive from this and so ask if people would like to donate a few pennies so we can get back on track with a bang!
Every person deserves access to shelter, food and warmth. This campaign is Shetland's way of helping to improve conditions for the people living in refugee camps.
