I am on a mission to raise £1,000 to support the Pro Bono Team at the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV). This team plays a crucial role in providing legal assistance to those who, whatever reason, are not eligible for legal aid funding and would otherwise, be left unprotected against further abuse and/or violence.

In 2024, NCDV's Pro Bono Team helped 4,484 people who were not eligible for legal aid funding, and could not afford a solicitor. NCDV is taking more and more of these referrals and demand is outstripping supply!

Every day, countless individuals face the devastating impact of domestic abuse and violence, feeling trapped and without options. The NCDV is there to support them, ensuring they have access to the legal support necessary to reclaim their lives.
