Story

Hi everyone, Isie here! Firstly, thank you for visiting this page.

Over the last year or so I have been developing this project and I am now at a point where I am asking for your support in making this vision a reality.

The vision of Seed Sessions is to improve the musical, personal and social development and life chances of young men living in challenging circumstances in Bristol through music and counselling sessions.

Challenging circumstances could include any of the following: alcohol or substance addiction, family breakdown, neglect, mental illness, physical illness, poverty, disability, criminal activity, abuse, trauma... etc.

Seed Sessions will provide monthly one-to-one music sessions (via the internet) in the amazingly equipped dBs Pro studio (in central Bristol) with one of our inspiring Music Industry Mentors: Mark Crown (Rudimental) , Ferg Ireland (Sam Smith, Ashley Henry) , Steve Pringle (Michael Kiwanuka) , Matt Roberts (Gentleman’s Dub Club, Loyle Carner, Jehst) , Mitch Jones (Grammy Nominated musician/producer - Mahalia, Jessie Ware, Nao, Ed Sheeran).

We will also be providing fortnightly counselling sessions with Cory Stewart.

Seed Sessions is named in memory of Toby Seed (11.02.88 - 04.10.18), a wonderfully gifted musician who sadly took his own life. The name has also been chosen to remind us of the potential within each individual and the growth that can be achieved with the appropriate nurture and care.

Any donation, small or large, would be gratefully received - unfortunately this is SO needed, especially in difficult recent times. Please help us to help others through the incredibly healing and transformative power of music and expression.

THANK YOU! Love from Isie x
