Hello, I have qualifications in equine psychology and behavior, horse care and management, BHS horse owners certificate, stable management for yard managers. I've retrained several "difficult" horses and been an instructor for a BHS/ABRS/RDA school. Nottingham has a huge race industry, but not many rescue/rehoming options, we also have beeston horse market where a lot of neglected horses end up and end up going to the "meat man". Im wanting to open my own rescue, of course I know £1000 wont get me far, however to start off with I will be starting small, rescuing one rehab, retrain, get them healthy then rehome/foster with solicitor contracts saying if the horse is no longer able to stay there it is to be returned to me. Eventually I want my own rehoming centre.x
