This year sees the 7th Anne Williams golf day to remember our great friend Anne who campaigned for justice for her son kevin who was unlawfully killed at The Hillsborough Football Disaster

Anne sadly lost her battle with cancer in 2013 and not long after we held the first Golf Day to remember her and also raise money for local charities in Liverpool

This years beneficiaries will be Kinship Carers Liverpool who are based at Ellegreen Community Centre in Norris Green.

Since the 1990s, they have been working hard to support people who look after a family member’s or friend’s children in their own home, on a full time basis. Kinship Carers Liverpool is a registered charity which is here to support all members of kinship families in the community: carers, children and young people.

Kinship carers are important members of our community: providing a safe home for many children and young people who may otherwise be in local authority care.
