Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
My second Sawbo Mayor's Charities fundraiser is Donate My Bake.
For the next two weeks four of Sawbo’s cafes are taking part in Donate My Bake.
At CJ’s, Listed, Squisita and The Shed you can buy a Donate My Bake designated cake or bake, and some of the proceeds will be donated to this year’s Mayor’s charities – the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Service, and the 1st Sawbridgeworth Scouts.
A massive thank you to the cafes for doing this, and thank you to everyone who enjoys one of these bakes!
Monies raised will be split equally between the two charities, 1st Sawbridgeworth Scouts , and the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.
