We are a local group in Galhampton and Yarlington, formed to oppose the de-commissioning of two farms in Yarlington and Castle Cary by The Newt / Emily Estate and their proposal to replace these with a new large and significant farm complex in a beautiful area of presently unspoilt countryside, designated as a much-cherished view in the recently approved Neighbourhood Plan.

We need funds to pay for agricultural survey updates, consultants fees and solicitors who are helping to highlight how Emily Estate's plans are damaging the Somerset countryside and our rural communities.
