As of 7th October 2024 the landlord of Cafe Blah changed the locks on the premises over an ongoing dispute. No rent payments were ever missed and we do not believe any form of formal notice was received to evict us from the premises.

Cafe Blah feels like a deeply rooted part of the community here in Withington and we want to carry on trading at another suitable location, keeping an affordable cafe for the community to enjoy. A social space where people can meet up, relax, and have fun. as well as the cozy cafe atmosphere, Blah is host to live music, film screenings, street parties, community festivals, and more. Blah is a place where the community can put on their own events, or come and enjoy ours, and we don't want that to end. we are seeking to raise funds from a variety of sources, but time and money are of the essence for us and a donation towards this target would help towards an initial deposit on a new space, any money that we raise over this will be put towards setting up the space.
