Statkraft UK ltd are preparing to submit a Planning Application to Dover District Council. The 180 acre / 73 hectare site which is currently productive arable and grazing land, lies very close to Richborough Roman Fort and is part of its historic landscape conext which includes other surrounding listed buildings and public footpaths. The proposed industrial site can only be accessed via single track residential lanes. The site is also rich in wildlife and biodiversity.
