I've raised £1000 to help fund a football club for 'Where Rainbows Meet' in Vrygrond, South Africa

I am running the Hackney Half Marathon in about 6 weeks time. And I need your help raising some funds!
This is a story about how a chance meeting has evolved into my supporting a local football club in a community project in South Africa.
Where Rainbows Meet is a community project enabling local people to make a difference to their own lives, whilst helping others too. The project offers a variety of opportunities to young people through to adults and elderly. From sewing, to cooking, to dancing, to using computers, and through sport - training is offered to improve the lives of those in this poverty stricken community.
In 2015 whilst working for Nike on behalf of the Barclays Premier League in Cape Town, SA - I met a volunteer for Where Rainbows Meet. She asked me to donate our footballs to the club - which we did. I went with her to donate the balls + met the boys - since then I've been hooked with helping them out.
I went back last year with over 60 pairs of football boots for the foundations' football club - giving the chance for the boys to be able to practice in comfortable good boots. This year I want to fund the club for the year.
They need funds to keep the club going year round - and it's only £1000. If you think how much we spend a month on dinners, boozing, getting your nails done or other luxuries we are lucky enough to afford - £1000 is really not alot for a WHOLE YEAR of giving young boys the chance to train + come together in playing football.
If I raise more than £1000, this will go to building a new roof onto a garage, which will become a club house for the boys.
£5 - A football
£10 - A full football kit
£15 - A new pair of boots
£50 - Training for a week
£150 - Contribution to the club house
It's up to you how much or little you contribute, but the above amounts are examples of what your cash can buy!
Please donate today, and help this little organisation make some BIG changes to their local community.
