Sadly last Thursday night, Sarah Emmott, the extraordinary little girl, daughter of retired PDU Sgt Andy Emmott & Ellie gained her Angel wings and passed away.

Friday, the day after, marked the 1 year anniversary of her live Kidney transplant. She was diagnosed with a terrible disease, only last week, the sudden decline and quick passing of her came as a huge shock to everyone!

The family are absolutely crushed and have questions that are likely to never be answered. The world is so much bleaker without her and the Emmott household feels empty.

Anybody who knew Sarah will have been touched by her sparkle. She even made national TV yesterday as Kalvin Phillips held up a LUFC football shirt before the Leeds v Liverpool game with RIP Sarah on the back.

She was so brave, never down & the determination she had to be the happiest girl in the room, despite everything she was battling, is something I will never forget. She was old beyond her years and ALWAYS had a smile on her face.

RIP Sarah, God gained another Angel last week & I'm sure she will keep him on his toes. In the words of Billy Joel "ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG"
