I am looking for sponsors to help raise money for the hospital were my niece Charlotte will be having her deep brain stimulation surgery to help correct her condition dystonia
This condition has took over her body from the age of 4 she is now 9 this has caused her to lose alot of functions of her body and without the surgery will continue to
With this surgery Charlotte will have to have her hair shaved off so in support myself and Charlotte will be having our hair cut and will be donating our hair to the little princess trust to help make wigs for young people who have lost there hair to chemotherapy
My mam is also going to be brave in support of Charlotte she will be having her hair shaved off

Charlotte condition is a rare condition that we hadn't even heard of until a few years ago when we got a diagnosis
Charlotte went from a typical 4 year old running around dancing walking alot of things that we take for granted
These days Charlotte is in a wheelchair and unable to walk use her hand feed herself even things like going to the bathroom herself alot that we do without thinking about
Although she has got this horrible conditions she never let's it get her down she is brave strong funny and very loving little girl
With the treatment we are hoping that one day she will be able to walk again but for now we would all be happy if she could just have use of her hands as this would make such a great difference to her life
