I am sure you have all heard about and seen footage, of the devasting wildfires in Turkey. One of my friends, Sam (Hasan), who i have known since I was 12 years old, has had his livelihood destroyed overnight. Sam has spent years building up his business for him and his family, only for it to be burned to the ground in the awful fires.

There is nothing that can replace the memories they have there, but I am hoping that by raising some funds for Sam and his family, this may ease the financial burden a little. Anything at all that you can donate, no matter how small, will be appreciated and it will go a long way.

If you cant afford to donate, that’s ok! You can still help by sharing this fundraiser. I have attached some photos of the remains of the buildings, and also some photos which show how beautiful it was before the fires.

Disclaimer:

All of the money raised will go to Sam for him and his family. I will aim to send the funds to him directly, however if I am unable to, due to this being an international payment, I will keep you up to date about how I am transferring the funds and I will upload evidence of this being completed.

In the unlikely event that the funds could not be distributed to Sam due to any unforseen circumstances, the funds will be donated to charity.
