Story
I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer on Feb 22nd 2019
Have had surgery and many rounds of chemo and radiotherapy over the following 11 months.
In Jan 2020 I was given the news that they had no more solutions and was given roughly 6 months.
A last ditch hope was to get on a clinical trial in Manchester which I was fortunate enough to do.
In May I was given the amazing news of remission.
Sadly the cancer is back and in my bladder BUT, I have decided to run the TCS London Marathon on Oct 2nd.

2 years agoThank you all so very much for the incredible support. I had the absolute best day ever. Loved every single mile and managed to finish in six and a half hours. My supporters were incredible (thank you all SO much) and the crowd were beyond belief. Sending all my love ❤️

2 years agoDear all, training is well under way, and in all truth has been really hard. Trying to train to a schedule, whilst still undergoing treatment, is very challenging and many times, over the last 12 weeks I have wondered whether I can do this. The support that I have received, messages of encouragement and promises to cheer me on, coupled with the MASSIVE donations that you have made is what is getting me up in the mornings. What is making me keep going, one foot in front of the other. You guys are making a massive difference. THANK YOU xxxxxx
