UPDATE 24th Nov 23:

On NHS funding - my Consultant believes this treatment will be available on NHS, but not til 2025, which unfortunately will be too late for me! So, it is what it is and we‘ll try our best.

Round one of treatment is booked and paid for £40k.

We’re now fundraising for second round, which will be mid Jan 24.

UPDATE:

Total funds stand at £21942.56. I’ll update weekly.

So, the immunotherapy didn’t work and the tumours have continued to grow 😞. Delcath is now the only option to me.

Luckily I am still under 50% and so currently qualify and I’m praying that lasts!

I’m booked in for end of November for the first round.

I’ve decided to change my Just Giving page I to chunks of £40k, because that’s how I need to pay and also makes it more achievable!

So in terms of funding, we’re not giving up!

The second treatment will be mid to end of Jan, which gives us bit more time to fundraise.

We’re eternally grateful for everything everyone has done and I hope you’ll continue to help, every little really does help.

Firstly, thank you for reading my page. Absolutely any help appreciated. Thank you!

This is so far out of my comfort zone! Those that know me, know I hate a fuss and really dont like the limelight to be on me, but needs must…

I am trying to raise money for life prolonging treatment, called Chemosaturation Therapy. Although this is approved by NICE, it is unfortunately, only available privately and not on NHS.

At the moment I dont know how many rounds of treatment I will need, but it will be minimum of 3, at a cost of roughly £40k per round.

If you can donate, please do, every little helps.

I’m also asking for volunteers to run charity events. If 100 people run an event and make £1000, we’re there!
