It all started with my desire to run a half marathon to raise money for the very excellent post trauma rehabilitation unit in Nimes, France where my Dad was cared for in his final 4 months of his life following a stroke.

I wasn't sure I was going to be ready for the Casablanca half marathon in October 2019, however, I would be ready for the Marrakech half marathon in January 2019. I completed both and inspired by these continued to enter races for a year and plan to finish off the cycle with the Casablanca Marathon on 6th October 2019.
