Sachin Sharma, a bright graduate battling with stage 3 cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer in Sep 2017, and recent scan report shows the development of 1 tumor.  While doctors in India have shown lot of hope of recovery, he has been advised chemo and radio therapy followed by operation.

Who is Sachin Sharma? Youngest of all the siblings, Sachin was working hard to improve the family’s lifestyle and got married recently.
Sachin life turned upside down when he was diagnosed with a this Stage 3 Tumor. Sachin and his family, after the initial shock, were prepared to give a tough fight against the disease. He is currently struggling with his financials to get a good treatment and his family and friends are currently supporting him. His insurance covers a large proportion of his costs but will not cover his entire expense. He started with Chemo for now and followed by Radiation and Operation.

Sachin, since then has been giving a tough fight against cancer, and to say the least, is very inspirational! As we write this campaign page, Sachin is undergoing his advanced chemotherapy.

What now? Sachin has been recommended for a set of treatment as I said above which comprises of Chemo, Radio and Operation to take out the cancer portion. As per the prognosis, further treatment needs to be carried out in if required.

“Being diagnosed with Cancer was a shock but then too find my insurance was unable to cover my full treatment an even greater burden to bear. Fortunately, my medical insurance is taking care of Chemo which I am undergoing but I will run short of funds quite soon”, Sachin says.
