I’ve got chronic tendonitis in my Achilles, so I’m really struggling at the moment, I played in pain during the whole game last Saturday.  I had surgery on my Achilles about eight or nine years ago after getting similar symptoms, but I am advised that a cortisone injection should solve it for a year or two
