I've raised £500 to support Rushden Sea Cadets in the wake of Covid-19.

This summer will see the delayed 2020 Olympic Games take place in Tokyo. To mark the event, this year's active challenge will see Rushden Sea Cadets and our supporters work individually and as team to walk, cycle, row, swim or run from Rushden to Tokyo, with the aim of getting there before the opening ceremony. That's a total distance of 8,900 miles!
This challenge is aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our competitors, but will also raise funds for Rushden Sea Cadets - a charitable youth organisation, which offers opportunities to young people on and off the water, helping to boost their confidence and self-belief.
Entry will cost £10 per person, but competitors are encouraged to raise additional sponsorship from family and friends - everyone that raises at least £20 in sponsorship gets a free Olympic Challenge t-shirt. Get in touch for details on how to enter.
All entrants have the opportunity to win an individual bronze, silver or gold medal, depending upon the distance covered.
