Story
In November a family member underwent a quadruple heart bypass operation in The Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast. Our family has organised a series of fundraising events to raise money for the Cardiac Unit at the RVH. The last event will be our participation in the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 5th May 2019. We know that the money we raise will be put to the very best use by the medical staff in the hospital, so we hope that you will contribute to this cause in support of the amazing medical professionals in the RVH Cardiac Unit.

6 years agoWe all really enjoyed The Belfast City Marathon. Such a lovely atmosphere along the route and among the participants. Little did we know at the time that the course was 0.3 miles longer than the usual 26.2 miles. We were wondering why it took us so long!!

6 years agoMission Accomplished! Our team successfully competed, and completed our events at yesterday's Belfast City Marathon - Sunday 5th May 2019. More donations will be gratefully received. The money we raise will pay for staff training in the RVT Cardiology Unit. Thanks to everyone who has already donated so generously to this cause.
