I've raised £2500 to . Roger is running this years UTMB. Please donate, get your limited edition poster, or both!

On 30th August 2019 I am running the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) for the WWF.
The UTMB forms a circuit around Mont Blanc, Europe’s highest mountain. With a distance of 105 miles, and going over 10,000 metres of mountain passes, it is one of the top ultra running races in the world.
I first attempted the race in 2011 and fell well short of the mark. My first major DNF (did not finish)! In fact I got less than a quarter of the way around before being timed out and unceremoniously bused back to the start/finish in Chamonix. It has been unfinished business ever since.
In preparation this time I have run over 1,800 miles, climbed over 80,000 meters of mountain and spent 500 hours of training since the beginning of the year.
In taking part in the UTMB this year I am raising money for the WWF in the alps. To celebrate getting a place in this year’s race (it is more difficult to get in than the London marathon) I have created a limited edition print. There are only 60 prints and anyone donating £50 or more will receive a signed print along with a certificate explaining the poster.
The print is based on travel posters of the past evoking the romanticism of traveling to the coast or the alps. The cat in the image is of the Lynx Boreal, an alpine wild cat which is endangered along with its environment. The clock tower on the right is of the church near the start of the UTMB.
Of course if you don’t want to have a print a donation of any amount is very welcome. All proceeds will go to the WWF in France.
So that I can send you your copy please email me on rogerdeandrews@gmail.com once you’ve made your donation.
Thank you for your support. I am hugely grateful. R
