Hey guys basically my ex partner and myself split a while back we have a little boy together (blake) he is now 3 years old. Ive been backwards and forwards seeing him but only on her terms and once every 2 weeks for the day at her house which i was never happy about. She will not agree to allow me to have him with me for weekends as she seems to think that she is soul carer what she sais goes. Bearing in mind i am on the birth certificate and he also has my second name. We didnt have an abusive relationship controlling etc it was absolutely fine things just ended. Im trying to rais this money to take my ex to court to win joint custody. Anything you can donate would help thanks guys.
