Work has started at Elgin Marble with two very substantial stones weighing around a ton each which will flank the fin. Inset into the stones and carved into black marble plaques in gold will be the names of all who lost their lives in the three incidents. I would like to thank everyone who gave so generously both financially and with supportive comments that spurred me on when there were some dissenting voices.

Target reached today, the 21st April. A huge thank you to all who have so generously donated especially when money is tight and everything is going up in price. I hope to have the memorial in place as soon as possible and will keep everyone up to date through the Morayvia web site. Thank you for all the kind words, as well as the donations, reinforces my belief that we're doing the right thing.
