Story
2024 was an exciting year, as for the first time Guernsey players were able enter Badminton England National age group finals.
And it was so close.... Robert missed being able to play in the Nationals by just 4 ranking points. This was very disappointing, and Robert wants to thank his coach and his sponsors for getting him so close.
But 2024 was still a year in which Robert won: Nine Golds, One Silver and Three Bronze.
Robert starts his 2025 journey in a much better position.
4th January 2025 Ranking:
U19 Mixed Doubles - 68th
U19 Men's Doubles - 94th
U19 Singles - 146th
But to achieve what Robert wants in 2025 means that he will need to play double the number of tournaments as he did in 2024.
This is virtually an impossible task for someone living in Guernsey without sponsorship.
