I'm raising £5000 to build additional resources so that hosts and property managers can adapt & benefit from the shift to greater environmental sustainability

After 20 years of running sustainable holiday apartments in Italy I've learnt a lot about which aspects of sustainability work best not just for the planet and the guests but also for my business.
I set up EnviroRental, a not-for-profit, with the sole aim of using my experience to support hosts and property managers in short-term rentals to be more sustainable and realise the business benefits that flow from taking action.
We have collated all the information and resources that you need and packaged them to make it easy for you to access for FREE. The problem is there is so much more that we believe you need. After two years running EnviroRental we now understand what that extra support looks like.
We are supported by some passionate sponsors who help us financially and I am incredibly grateful for their support. But it is unfair to expect a small number of partners to finance all our work.
Our website is THE go-to resource for our industry around sustainability and our online resources are extensive and growing weekly. What is vitally needed now is not just a site that says 'here you go' but rather two dedicated digital pathways - one for hosts and one for property managers - that guides you step by step based on who you are, what you do and where you operate. Host or property manager.
You need more specific resources that relate to YOUR business and which help YOU benefit from the increasing demand for environmentally sustainable stays.
We have done the preliminary work and taken on board your input as to what you need. We now just need the financial resources to create it, test it and deliver it for our industry.
This I believe will really enable users to have the confidence and competence to move faster and further on their sustainability journey.
If you have already been helped or inspired by what we have done so far, can you help us to go even further?
Thank You
Bob
