Chessington Cricket Club has been providing cricket to the local community for over 100 years. We are a small club that struggles to compete with the more financially wealthy clubs in the area, however we are passionate about our club and the sense of camaraderie that it brings to both young and old players.

I myself have been a member of the club for over 5 years after moving from a larger club. I have found that all team members are treated as equals and for me personally It has been a great 5 years making friendships and being part of the club.

Our club receives very little outside sponsorship and relies greatly on the profits made from the social club (which sits within the ground but has no official ties with the cricket club) but whom generously help out with funds when they are able. This unfortunately does not cover the added expenses of repairs and general maintenance of the grounds.We require help to raise money and make the grounds safe place by replacing our dangerously worn out cricket nets this will enable us to continue to provide safe cricket for all our members. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
