As some of you may know our good friend sambo has had a real hard time over the past 5 months and its not over by a long shot.

A few of us have decided to try and raise some money for him, we are going to ride from Barry RFC to London Welsh rugby club which is around 182 miles all on Mountain bikes to make it a bit more of a challenge. we plan to do this over three days at the end of may. At least nine of us are going to be taken part with a few more waiting on availability.

The money we raise will go directly towards sambo for him to start to get his life back together when he is released from hospital to help with things around the house, walking aids Ect.
